Crane Operator
Equipment Operators
The Crane Operator is a skilled worker responsible for safely and efficiently lifting and moving heavy materials on construction sites. You operate large cranes to hoist steel beams, concrete forms, and other equipment, playing a vital role in building bridges, roads, and other infrastructure projects. Operators must carefully interpret load charts, follow hand signals from riggers, and maintain precise control of the crane to avoid accidents. You will conduct daily safety checks of the crane, perform routine maintenance, and adhere to strict safety regulations. Effective communication and teamwork with other construction professionals are essential for coordinating lifts and ensuring project timelines are met.
