With more experience than an Equipment Operator I, you are proficient in performing production work, including digging, grading, and moving large volumes of material. You will maintain planned production rates while adhering to strict quality standards, ensuring projects stay on schedule. Demonstrating a strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety procedures, you perform routine maintenance and identify potential issues. This role requires the ability to work independently, and as part of a team, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of construction projects.
