The Field Engineer is an entry-level project management role that plays a vital role in the construction crew, helping to plan and manage heavy construction projects from the ground up. You will be hands-on with scheduling work, tracking costs, and ensuring each phase meets project requirements. This includes reading blueprints, coordinating materials, documenting progress, and occasionally jumping in to assist with physical tasks on-site. You will work outdoors in a dynamic environment, gaining experience in construction management while learning the importance of safety, teamwork, and precision. This role offers a unique opportunity to build foundational skills and contribute directly to the success of major projects.

BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent related major
