The Field Manager, Paving (Foreman) is the on-site leader of the paving crew, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project and ensuring its successful completion. As a salaried employee, your primary focus is on supervising and directing assigned crew members in preparing, executing, and finishing asphalt paving projects. You collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and field staff to ensure successful project completion within established timelines and quality standards. You’ll be making decisions and running the show on the job site, coordinating all the workers and suppliers, as well as talking to clients and inspectors regularly. You are responsible for ensuring the quality of the work and maintaining accurate records. Your leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for keeping the project on track and within budget, ensuring the safe and efficient installation of the project.

Specific Requirements

Minimum 2 years of construction experience in at least one trade discipline (ie: excavation, pipe, concrete, or paving)
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred)
OSHA 10
