Grade Technician

The Grade Technician is a critical member of the earthwork team, ensuring precise grading and detailed site preparation. Working alongside heavy equipment operators, you use hand tools, shovels, and portable compaction equipment to fine-tune grades and achieve project specifications. You will check elevations, verify measurements, and ensure proper drainage, contributing to the overall quality and accuracy of the project. Grade Technicians also handle tasks like operating water pumps, cleaning work areas, and assisting with material placement. You must be detail-oriented, physically fit, follow directions, prioritize safety, and communicate effectively with the team to ensure efficient workflow and project success.
