Quality Control Manager

Drive excellence from the ground up as the leader of our overall quality program. In this role, you will set quality standards, oversee daily quality procedures, and provide leadership across labs and field operations to ensure work meets contract requirements, specifications, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with various external and internal project teams to manage inspections, testing, documentation, and risk, all while reviewing data, resolving issues, and guiding continuous improvement. Balancing strategy with hands‑on support, this role requires strong construction knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and accountability.
