Assistant Superintendent

The Assistant Superintendent supports daily field operations. You will work closely with the Superintendent to plan tasks, manage crews, and coordinate both equipment and materials. This role is hands-on and fast-paced as you will find yourself out in the field solving problems, inspecting work, and keeping everything moving. It’s a great opportunity to build leadership skills, gain more insight into the technical side of construction, and play a key role in turning plans into real-world results.
